Today was another busy day!
Math: We continued with looking at patterns in our math group. We are looking at how patterns repeat and can grow/increase.
Literacy: Some kids did Read to Self and Read to Someone while others worked with literacy centers that are to build beginning skills such as letter/sound recognition and sight word recognition. Today all 3 homeroom groups started looking at "Brain Pockets". Ask your child about all 3: memory pocket, fact pocket and imagination pocket and use the picture below as a clue to help with your conversation:
