UPDATE: We know there have been some issues with uploading pictures to the Signs of Spring 2020 photo collection and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. At this time, there seems to be no apparent reason why some emails are working while others are not. It does seem like the most reliable way to upload to the collection is through the browser on a computer. If you are still experiencing issues with uploading your photo to our Signs of Spring 2020 photo collection, please e-mail your photo(s) to knbeaudettehodsman@cbe.ab.ca and your photo will be uploaded on your behalf. We don't want to miss out on your pictures!

Today's Assigned Task

Subject: Math 

Name of Activity: Math Baseball

Purpose: I can practice math fluency in addition 

                 I can access google classroom 

Support: Students may require parent support to access today’s assignment in google classroom.  Students may need support to gather materials.  The game can be played independently unless a parent or sibling chooses to play with the student. 

Technology: Students will require a computer or tablet for the dice if no dice are available in the house.  Computer or tablet will be required for the instructional video prior to the activity.

Materials: 2-4 dice, paper or whiteboard, writing utensil

Time Frame: 40 minutes

Feedback: The purpose of this task is to practice fluency of addition skills
